Founder scope
- Owned the product thesis, positioning, customer pain, feature sequence, PRD v1.1, task workspace spec, dashboard prototype, and launch narrative.
- Connected the product to real STR operating problems: team accountability, owner visibility, guest experience, post-stay workflow, and travel surface.
What shipped
- AfterStay landing/property surfaces, travel.afterstay.org, WebGL landing prototype, dashboard prototype, and Expo app v1.3.0 for iOS and Android on Supabase.
- White-label operating layer around task coordination, guest workflows, owner/team visibility, and post-stay experience instead of a generic SaaS dashboard.
How I operate
- Move from founder idea to spec, design brief, implementation review, browser/mobile QA, release-risk tracking, copy, positioning, and handoff.
- Use Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, and MCP only where they remove real operating drag: QA, task routing, reporting, workflow mapping, and product iteration.

COO / CTO for a Norway-based STR business, responsible for the operating backbone behind roughly 150 Bergen and Oslo units: PMS/RMS decisions, API workflows, SOPs, owner reporting, revenue visibility, platform cleanup, and team execution.

What I build as CTO
- The technical backbone for ~150 units: PMS/RMS selection (Guesty/Mews evaluation), API and data flows between booking, reporting, and owner surfaces, plus the automations that keep them honest.
- Built the Lev Collection Owner Statement Reader and the reporting logic behind owner statements — parsing, reconciliation, and performance reports that exposed a market-level quality gap (Oslo 3.71 vs Bergen 4.63 guest scores) and drove targeted intervention.
How it runs as COO
- Founder direction becomes an operating system: priorities, owner map, weekly cadence, SOPs, dashboards, revenue reviews, and accountability loops across Bergen and Oslo teams.
- The build side exists to serve this layer — every tool above ships because an operating problem demanded it, not the reverse.
ODIN Notch
A native SwiftUI/AppKit tray that turns the Mac notch into a command surface: music, meetings, reminders, tasks, files, and quick launch actions — local-first, no backend or OAuth. In daily use on my own machine.
